Pick Your Package

Please read Offer Details below to ensure that you qualify for package.

1. Package cannot be used with any other offers, discounts or promotions (AAA, Hotel Reward Points, AARP, Advance Purchase, Government Rate, group rates, etc...).
2. Make your reservations at any Eagan hotel. MUST use the standard or rack rate only. Use the Eagan CVB booking engine for help. NOTE: you'll be redirected to the hotel's website to complete your reservation. Be sure the Best Available Rate Tab is selected.
3. Third party reservations services may not be used in conjunction with this promotion
   (i.e. Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline, Travelocity, Hotels.com, etc).
4. Qualifying guests are entitled to ONE package per stay. A "stay" equals one or more consecutive nights between Thursday and Sunday at any Eagan hotel.
5. You must submit your request no later than 12:00pm (Noon) on the Friday prior to your stay.
   
6. Package items will be delivered directly to your Eagan hotel and will be available upon check-in.
7. Each Package Offering/Promotion will run until the maximum number tickets/certificates redeemed has been reached.
8. Not eligible to receive package items should hotel reservations be cancelled for any reason.

You MUST complete the form below and submit no later than 12:00pm (Noon) the Friday prior to your stay. An Eagan CVB team member will verify that the rate you provide is the hotel's standard rate, then notify you via email after verification.

Receive two Gas Cards for a Multiple night stay (two or more nights) at any Eagan hotel (totaling up to $40 in FREE gas with your stay)!

Your gas card can be used at any one of Eagan’s Holiday Station Stores.  We’re delighted to provide you with free gas - it’s just our way of saying “Tanks for Staying in Eagan”!
