The Polar Plunge is back in Minneapolis for the 17th year in a row! There’s something for everyone during the fun-filled Plunge weekend at Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis. Learn more and register at PLUNGEMN.ORG.
Visit the Polar Plunge Shuttle Lounge inside the north end of the Mall of America from 8:30 AM-1 PM on Saturday, March 4! It’s the perfect place to meet up with your Plunge team before you head to the Minneapolis Plunge. Join us for light refreshments, a cash bar, photobooth and more! Shuttles are free and run approximately every 15 minutes.
