Happy fall y’all! We couldn’t be more excited about the changing colors, the plethora of pumpkins and seasonal events popping up all around Eagan. We invite you to grab your favorite sweater and a PSL as you head out the door to enjoy one or more of the many events happening this month in Eagan and the surrounding area!
Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular
Now – November 7, 2021 // Minnesota Zoo
Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular is back for a 3rd year at the Minnesota Zoo! Wander through the glow of thousands of artfully carved pumpkins all alight in the night. This season, carve out a little time to bask in the glow of nature and enjoy this truly magical experience.
Pirate Party
Now – October 31, 2021 // Sea Life Minnesota Aquarium
If ye be lookin for adventure this October, join the jolly crew of pirates! From October 1-31, grab yer mateys to seek out hidden treasure chests, try yer might at pirate games, create yer own hat or sword + more! Plus, on select dates, Minnesota Jack Sparrow will be causing mischief and taking photos with ye landlubbers.
The Great Pumpkin Fest

During the day, tiny terrors can join Snoopy and the rest of the PEANUTS gang for some not-so-scary Halloween activities for kids at The Great Pumpkin Fest! Enjoy your favorite rides, live entertainment, and great fall activities at The Great Pumpkin Fest.
Halloween Haunt
Now – October 31, 2021 // ValleySCARE
Strange things are astir at Valleyfair! On select nights, the fun takes a terrifying turn as the park transforms into ValleySCARE, the upper Midwest’s largest Halloween event. With more than 75 rides, haunted mazes, scare zones, and monsters prowling the park, there is something to satisfy everyone’s devilish desire.

Drive-In Movie Night

Leaf Fest

Halloween Trail Walk
11:00am – 2:00pm // October 30, 2021 // Viking Lakes
Dress in your Halloween best and explore “Legends Crossings” at Viking Lakes. Attendees will visit trick or treat stations, enjoy music from a local DJ and play Halloween themed games throughout the Plaza. This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine!
